Electric elevator (lift) is included and it still works OK but this is an old item and there are some cracks in the gears (seems repairable), so it might not work after we ship it to you so we cannot guarantee anything!

This is a big item and it will cost a lot to ship so we will not be able to accept any RETURN or CLAIMS for this item!!
